The Sultanate of Kutai Kartanegara Ing Martadipura has laws and regulations named Panji Selaten as constitution, and Beraja Niti as applied law. Both of them were published in the reign of Sultan Aji Pangeran Sinum Panji Mandapa (1635-1650).
